Another resource for finding inexpensive car rentals is to go to the different car rental sites and price compare.  You can find car rental websites for Avis, Dollar, Alamo, National and Enterprise, just to name a few.  In many cases, you can find excellent weekend, weekday, daily and weekly prices online that are at a much greater savings than if you were to go directly to the car rental agency without an online reservation.
