Khorhog is a variety of meats that are cooked on heated stones, boodog is typically mutton that is cooked in the own skin of the animal, and dumplings and noodles are also common staples in the Mongolian diet traditionally. Now there are still many other internationally influenced restaurants to try in the country as well. -If you are a history lover and intellectual, then you may find the variety of museums in Mongolia to be of much interest. There is the Natural History Museum of Mongolia, the National Museum of Mongolia, and the Bogd Khaan Palace Museum as well.
